Working primarily with general contractors, our products are showcased around the United States, in hospitals, clinics, hotels, assisted living centers, casinos, multiple housing, office buildouts, retailers, and institutional environments.

Jim O’Keefe started his woodworking business in his basement just outside of St. Paul, Minnesota over 30 years ago. His vision was to bring the highest quality woodworking to his clients — an exceptional mix of artistry and functionality.
Since then, O’Keefe Millwork has grown and been recognized as a leader of the trade with an established team of artisans, engineers, project managers, and associates that take great pride in craftsmanship and customer service. This dedicated team has created beautiful and functional architectural millwork and custom fixtures for hospitals, office buildings, schools, churches, retailers, and housing developments across the country.
